Activities and Curriculum

There are 30 students at each campus with a team of school personnel working with these students. Guided by business partners and the campus teams, students will work through the High School 101 curriculum as well as other grade appropriate curriculum materials and explore topics such as communication skills, personal learning styles, technology literacy, people skills, choices and consequences, test taking/study skills, time management, business literacy, tolerance/diversity literacy, and financial literacy. Students will also participate in industry tours, team building activities, retreats, and college visits.

During trips to business and industry, students learn about various occupations and career opportunities within the field and gain a general understanding about the industry. Students who attend college visits will experience campus life and meet with college representatives to discuss admission requirements, scholarships, and financial aid. Activities can be modified to fit student and campus needs.
